We begin with an in-depth consultation to get to know your vacation rental, including your previous guest demographics/needs, ideal guest demographics/needs, and your goal booking rates. Our goal is to take your vacation rental to the next level so that it attracts your ideal guests who want to pay your higher booking rates.

As expert home organizers, we want to make your guests’ experience as streamlined as easy as possible. Organizing and labeling makes everything easy to find, including towels, bedsheets, kitchenware, dining ware, and toiletries.

After we discover a vision for your vacation rental, we create mood boards for you to review. You can choose your favorite boards and/or individual pieces to base our shopping on.
Included products vary based on your needs, but are limited to furniture and decor/accessories such as wall art, decorative items, plants, window treatments, lighting, and rugs.
All product links are included, whether we decide to purchase or not.

After we finish organizing, decorating, and installing new furniture, we will take high-quality, detailed pictures of your new vacation rental for you to post on Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.
The last step is for you to update your online listings and determine a higher booking rate to charge guests. With better decor and organization, you can be confident that guests will be willing to pay your higher rates.

Our Process
#1: Phone Consultation
Reach out to us through our contact form, email, or phone, and we will schedule a phone call to discuss what spaces you are interested in organizing and/or decorating, overall goals, budget, and timeframe.
#2: Design Consultation
Together, we’ll tour your vacation rental and have an in-depth discussion about your potential unique selling points and your ideal guest. We’ll help you discover how to make your rental pop!
#3: Review Mood Boards
We will create 3-5 mood boards that include furniture and decor pieces we recommend adding to your space. You’ll select your favorite items/boards for us to base our shopping off of.
#4: Personal Shopping
We’ll find furniture and decor pieces that work with your existing pieces and you’ll select your favorites. We’ll provide links to every product recommendation so that you can purchase them in the future if desired.
#5: Organizing & Styling
The final step in making your space beautiful, functional, and ready to live in is to organize guest amenities, label, install/build new furniture, and style your space with new & existing decor.
